SureStay Hotel by Best Western Christiansburg Blacksburg

The staff were very nice and patient. We got to check in at 1:00 instead of 3:00. Very clean and large room and comfortable beds. ( We wanted to take them home). We liked how the beds were separated by the little kitchenette.

Front desk staff were amazing. Cleaning was good, and cleaning staff I interacted with were all kind. Perfect location for me. Decent washer/dryer.

Check-in and check-out were very easy, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and well-equipped. They also serve a very decent breakfast.

The room was very clean , and the bathroom was stocked with fresh towels, shame toilet wasn’t flushed

Super clean and extremely comfy hotel. Ample rooms. The bed and comforter were so silky smooth my wife didn't want to come home. The ladies at the lobby were there for many years, treating it like a lovely home they take pride in, and there is a large housekeeping staff working hard. 24 hour coffee and teas and full breakfast free. It's surrounded by 360 degrees mountain views straight off the highway. There is a Walmart and Walgreens right up the road on Alt 75 main road. You are 20 mins north of Knoxville with a golden globe tower and nice art museum. You can park at the museum lot to go see the World's fair park. The downtown main street is super cool restored downtown - spanking new look to the historical buildings.
