Most of the staff was absolutely awesome from Shanaya and the other younger girl at the front desk to the very polite cleaning lady. The older woman at the front desk could learn some more hospitality, her face often is off putting. Smile once in awhile! The property was clean. The price was great. The location wasn’t bad for our VT campus tournament location.

The staff were very nice and patient. We got to check in at 1:00 instead of 3:00. Very clean and large room and comfortable beds. ( We wanted to take them home). We liked how the beds were separated by the little kitchenette.

Front desk staff were amazing. Cleaning was good, and cleaning staff I interacted with were all kind. Perfect location for me. Decent washer/dryer.

Everything was decent really. Greeted and got in the room quick. Layed in the field by the hotel, relaxing a little. Room was clean and had all the amenities promised. Food options around was plenty if I recall. I think I had breakfast too, but can’t remember.

Check-in and check-out were very easy, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and well-equipped. They also serve a very decent breakfast.

Great service, staff is very friendly and accommodating! I had a power outage at my apartment and was able to find a room here on very short notice .Comfy bed and great continental breakfast also, will definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean , and the bathroom was stocked with fresh towels, shame toilet wasn’t flushed

Room was large,, comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Appreciated the large fridge with freezer and the usual microwave and coffee maker. Seemed new or at least up-to-date. Breakfast was sufficient despite an absence of hot items (except for the waffle maker), but they did have boiled eggs

Super clean and extremely comfy hotel. Ample rooms. The bed and comforter were so silky smooth my wife didn't want to come home. The ladies at the lobby were there for many years, treating it like a lovely home they take pride in, and there is a large housekeeping staff working hard. 24 hour coffee and teas and full breakfast free. It's surrounded by 360 degrees mountain views straight off the highway. There is a Walmart and Walgreens right up the road on Alt 75 main road. You are 20 mins north of Knoxville with a golden globe tower and nice art museum. You can park at the museum lot to go see the World's fair park. The downtown main street is super cool restored downtown - spanking new look to the historical buildings.
